For example we do not and will not indulge in artificially inflating prices in order to seemingly give a 'discount' to our clients - unlike many others. We are interested in selling great quality furniture, not credit finance deals - unlike many others. We would never dream of insulting our customers by offering never ending sales that must end this Sunday - unlike....well you get the picture!

The prices you see listed above reflect the 'real' cost of top quality furniture - compare us to other companies offering like for like sofas and chairs and you will see what we mean.
Scatter or Formal Back Cushions included!
Prices include choice of either scatter or formal back cushions, and choice of legs. Price band is dictated by the grade of fabric selected for the main body of the sofa, thereafter clients can mix and match fabrics from other price bands without having to pay any supplements. For example you can opt for the main fabric in Capri Velvet, a B grade fabric, but choose scatters in Pisa Stripe, which is a D grade fabric - the overall price paid however is the B grade price.
Delivered to any UK Mainland Address for just £99.00
There is a standard delivery charge of £99.00 which covers delivery to any UK mainland address. Clients living outside this area, i.e. Northern Ireland, Ireland, UK Islands etc should contact Modelli Fabrics for a delivery quotation.

'A' Grade Fabrics include: Enzo, Imola, Messina, Monza, Salerno.
'B' Grade Fabrics include: Ancona, Assisi, Brescia, Brindisi, Capri, Firenze, Fiorano, Garda, Lecce, Linate, Livorno, Lucca, Maranello, Milan, Palermo, Parma, Perugia, Ravenna, Rimini, Rossini, Speranza, Torino, Venice, Vicenza, Vivaldi.
'C' Grade Fabrics include: Bellagio, Onda, Portofino, Sienna, Toscana,Verdi, Verona.
'D' Grade Fabrics include: Bardolino, Cortina, Padua, Pisa, Puglia, Sicilia.
